We’ve updated the way we assign trips to drivers across the system, once you’re online you will be assigned to them automatically. Offers for the majority of the time are unavailable so that we can provide customers an on-demand service 24/7. Before offers where accessible to any driver in the platform and it caused issue by drivers taking offers and not fulfilling them. A position we’re not keen to be in. With the update made this week, we’ve implemented a system to ensure that customers can get taxis on demand as expected. Our customers expect to open the app and order a car with instant availability.

Essentially, go online when you’re ready to work and the system will send you trips.


Exceptions

  • Go online to see trips during peak hours suitable for your account.

  • 6 and 8 seaters can see trips for the next 7 days

  • Platinum vehicles can see trips up to the next 4 days


Office Updates

Please note that we will no longer be phoning or manually contacting drivers to assign work. Everything will be done automatically via the Aryvo Partner App. If you do not have this app and want to continue working with Aryvo, please download it from your phone’s app store now.
