Aryvo LtdGiveaway - Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to anyone over the age of 18 registered to Aryvo in the UK.
Employees of Aryvo and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
Entrants must complete a trip with Aryvo to qualify for one entry.
There is no limit to the number of entries per participant; each completed trip during the giveaway period counts as one entry.
Multiple entries are allowed, and participants may take as many cabs as desired during the giveaway period.
Giveaway Period:
The giveaway begins on 1st December and ends on 25th December.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
The selection process will be conducted within 24 hrs after the giveaway concludes.
Prizes:
Prizes will be as described in the giveaway announcement.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Notification of Winners:
Winners will be notified via email only within 24 hrs after the selection.
If a winner does not respond within 6 hrs, another winner will be randomly selected.
Publicity:
By participating, entrants grant Aryvo the right to use their names and submitted content for promotional purposes across various media.
Social Media Policies:
Participants are encouraged to familiarise themselves with and adhere to the social media policies and terms found on Arjan social pages.
Privacy:
Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will not be shared with third parties.
General Conditions:
Aryvo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time.
