We know drivers go the extra mile to ensure our guest have a seamless experience, that’s why we know how important it is to reward drivers when customer feel their expectations have been met. Customers are more likely to tip if they have a seamless experience, so we believe this is another way for drivers to earn an extra.
Now we’re releasing Tip within, a new tip feature will allow drivers to add a tip selecting the amount prior to taking payment
Tip Within
You have the option to add a tip to your order. The amount of the tip will be added to the total at the time of purchase.
The features amount is £5 but you can change this at any time.

Tip within is only available for for drivers who meet a threshold, based on rating & availability.
This is controlled by the system. -
If an incorrect tip is applied unknowingly to the customer your account will be terminated.

You’ll receive 95% of the tip! 5% will go to the card processing merchant, which is Sum Up at the moment.
